Baby Bump: 21 Weeks

How Far Along?:  21 weeks and 6 days! Holy moly.
Size of Baby:  About 12 inches, the size of a pomegranate!
Gender:  Baby K is a BOY!!!!!
Weight Gain:  Up 11 pounds total so far. Not sure if that's good or bad.
Maternity Clothes:  Yep, definitely there. Belly bands and leggings and skirts, oh my!
Stretch Marks:  None so far. STAY AWAY.
Movement:  Baby boy loves flipping around in my belly. It's the best feeling. Instantly makes me happy when I'm sad. :)
Symptoms:  Mild back pain here and there, but other than that, just a growing, bloated belly! Still hungry, always.
Sleep:  Sleeping great lately with the craziest dreams.
Cravings:  Sugar, carbs, sugar, and sugar. Ugh. Someone help me or my child will be obese.
Nursery:  Baby boy's room is adorable. Just missing a few things we'll hopefully receive at our shower. :)
Belly Button in or out?:  In!
Wedding rings on or off?:  On!
Mood:  Stressed from work, but so happy for all things baby.
What I Miss:  Fitting into regular pants. Okay, only sometimes do I miss pants. However, it's starting to become a struggle trying to figure out what I'm going to wear each day!
Best Moment This Week:  Matt got to feel a strong kick from baby boy the other night when he was taking my blood pressure (nurse things). I think it surprised him, and I think it became a little more real for him, too. Heart melted.
Looking Forward To:  ALL things October and fall. <3

Baby Bump: 20 Weeks

How Far Along?:  20 weeks and 6 days! Half way there!!
Size of Baby:  About 10 inches, the size of a banana!
Gender:  Baby K is a BOY!!!!!
Weight Gain:  I haven't weighed myself very recently, but I go to the doc next week, so we shall see.
Maternity Clothes:  Yep, definitely there. Belly bands, leggings, and skirts all the way. I'm loving it.
Stretch Marks:  Nope!
Movement:  Baby boy moves all the time now! And the jabs to the belly are starting not to feel like just little bubbles anymore! He's been flipping around in there for sure.
Symptoms:  Still getting pretty tired early in the evening. Other than that, I've felt pretty good. Belly is just a growin'!
Sleep:  Sleeping great the past few nights. I hope it keeps up!
Cravings:  All the foods you're not supposed to have, including pop, cake, cheesy bread, and anything sugary or carb-loaded. :(
Nursery:  Baby's room is pretty much set to go, minus some of the things we need from our registry! He has all of his furniture though. We just got his book shelf painted and put in there so it's looking pretty cute.
Belly Button in or out?:  In!
Wedding rings on or off?:  On!
Mood:  Tired, but so so happy.
What I Miss:  The only thing getting me down lately is feeling so slow and lazy! I'm not used to having to take things slow and let others help me.
Best Moment This Week:  Matt talks about baby boy all the time now. I think he's finally past his scared/nervous jitters and allowing himself to get excited. I love it.
Looking Forward To:  My doc appointment on Tuesday!

Baby Bump: 19 Weeks

How Far Along?:  19 weeks and 6 days.
Size of Baby:  About 6 inches, the size of a mango!
Gender:  Baby K is a BOY!!!!!
Weight Gain:  Up about 4-5 pounds total this pregnancy, though I haven't weighed myself very recently. Plus my scale at home sucks. Womp.
Maternity Clothes:  Yep, slowly but surely. I've been pouring out of regular pants, so I've been rocking stretchy/comfy pants and leggings.
Stretch Marks:  Nope!
Movement:  Little guy is a mover for sure, and it makes me so happy. Sometimes it tickles, sometimes it catches me by surprise. Regardless, when I do feel him, it's so reassuring. Matt got to feel him move a little the other night. It's so magical.
Symptoms:  Still hungry, hungry hippos over here. Occasional headaches, and getting tired really early in the evening.
Sleep:  Been sleeping better the past few nights, and having some crazy baby dreams!
Cravings:  Still cake, sometimes. And pizza. And caesar salads. And any food, really.
Nursery:  This past weekend, we painted baby boy's room!! And put together his crib!! And picked up the greatest Craigs List find ever (a nice, white dresser) for his room! So basically it's starting to look like a real nursery and that makes everything all the more real. All we want to do is sit in there all the time. We're getting so excited! :)

Mood:  Still so incredible happy, thankful, and in love.
What I Miss:  Absolutely nothing.
Best Moment This Week:  Making babe's nursery look like a nursery. Matt and I had so much fun this past weekend doing all things baby... painting the nursery, picking up and putting together his furniture, and making our baby registry. We had such a blast together.
Looking Forward To:  Right now, I'm looking forward to fall and bundling up this bump in some of my fall maternity wear.

Baby Bump: 18 Weeks

How Far Along?:  18 weeks and 5 days.
Size of Baby:  About 6 inches, the size of a sweet potato!
Gender:  We found out this past Saturday... baby K is a BOY!!!!!
Weight Gain:  Up 4 pounds total this pregnancy, though I haven't weighed myself very recently.
Maternity Clothes:  Yep, here and there! Getting to be too big for regular pants but still to small for maternity pants. I bought some belly bands from Target that I think will help!
Stretch Marks:  Nope!
Movement:  I feel babe all the time now! In fact, I get worried now when I don't feel him move! But he's pretty active and even daddy got to feel him move just a tiny bit last night. :)
Symptoms:  Hungry which is usually hangry, and a bit of back pain. But I'm definitely not complaining. I've waited so long to be where I am now.
Sleep:  Still having crazy, vivid dreams! But my allergies have been getting me up at night pretty frequently.
Cravings:  Still cake, sometimes. And pizza. And caesar salads. And any food, really.
Nursery:  Babe's room is pretty much all cleared out now, minus a few things here and there! We bought his crib this weekend with my parents, and his car seat/stroller combo. So. Excited.

Wedding rings on or off?:  On!
Mood:  So happy. So thankful. So in love. My heart is already so full. We're having a BABY BOY. Shh, we both secretly preferred a boy first, but we would have been happy either way!
What I Miss:  Absolutely nothing.
Best Moment This Week:  Finding out babe's gender at our reveal party this past weekend, hands down! Although no one was surprised the cupcake filling was blue, we still had a great time.
Looking Forward To:  Painting babe's room and completing our registry, hopefully all this weekend!
